Temp to hire.
Starting rate: $21.00/hr. paid weekly
Hours: 8-5pm , M-F
Location: San Francisco, CA
Summary:
- This will be a dual role at our reception/hospitality area.
- Personnel will need to cover at the main reception area when needed, duties will be mainly answering the phone, greeting guests, scheduling meetings on the firm's meeting room management tool and placing catering orders when needed.
- They will also be assisting with conference room setup/breakdown of food and beverage service, cleaning and stocking kitchen/pantry areas, cleaning coffee machines.
- candidate that has customer service experience, communicates well, friendly demeanor and knowledgeable with computers.
- There is no extensive lifting, standing, or walking (firm is renovating the space in late spring and there may be walking to the temp space across the plaza during the construction period.).
- No free parking available at the location and no reimbursement. We are near public transportation and there are paid parking lots (employees' personal expense) in the area.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma required.
- Three (3) years of related business experience preferred, strong preference for Admin and switchboard experience particularly in a law firm/legal environment.
- Associate Degree or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- MS Office Suite experience, specifically Word and Excel.
- Excellent customer service skills and detail oriented.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Demonstrated organizational and communications skills.
- Professional competency.
- Ability to work with Technical equipment.
