JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for a Receptionist to join our dealership. The right candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle schedule flexibility. The day-to-day duties in this role include answering dealership group phones, greeting customers, and assisting the accounting department with clerical. Excellent way to learn about the automotive industry and advance to other positions. Paid training.
Responsibilities - Answer dealership phone calls. Transfer calls to correct department and personnel.
- Greet and receive customers
- Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson
- Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
- Take messages from customers and vendors
- Assist with license plates and Pilon books
- Other tasks are assigned
- 20-30 hours/week
- Schedule is Mon-Fri 3:00pm-8:30pm and every other Saturday 8am-6pm. (Morning time to fill-in 7:00am-3pm)
Qualifications - Excellent communication skills over the phone, through email, and in person
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Basic computer skills
- Professional presentation
- Friendly and enthusiastic
- Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility
- Organized
Training will be on-site, giving by senior receptionist at different schedule and rate.
