Description:
Seeking a friendly and organized receptionist to support the front office. You'll greet visitors, handle calls, and provide general clerical support to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and direct visitors
- Answer and route calls using a multi-line phone system
- Take messages and forward voicemails
- Handle filing, photocopying, and other admin tasks
- Maintain a professional and welcoming environment
- May need to lift/move up to 10 lbs occasionally
