Currently, we have a Receptionist opportunity with a well-established national title company. This organization is recognized for protecting property ownership through title insurance and settlement services, ensuring secure and efficient real estate transactions.

The Receptionist is responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:
  • Greeting and directing visitors in the office, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Operating a multi-line telephone system to answer incoming calls and direct callers to the appropriate personnel.
  • Retrieving and distributing voicemail messages as needed.
  • Determining the purpose of incoming calls and forwarding them or taking messages when appropriate.
  • Announcing visitors to the relevant staff members and managing the visitor sign-in process.
  • Performing clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, collating, and handling incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Addressing routine office matters and providing support to other departments as required.
Specific qualifications for the position include:
  • 1-2 years of related front office, administrative or receptionist experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel).
  • Strong communication skills-clear verbal and written abilities.
  • Escrow or real estate industry experience is a plus.
  • Bilingual Spanish is strongly preferred.
  • Strong customer service mindset with the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism.
Pay Rate Range: $26.00 per hour.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
