Job Title: Part-Time Entry Level Receptionist
Job Description
The receptionist answers phones and performs customer service and other clerical duties as assigned. This role maintains the Front Desk Reception, greets customers, and directs them to service areas, coffee, restrooms, or seating areas. The receptionist also contacts salespersons for customers and answers and directs incoming telephone communications. Additionally, the receptionist orders necessary supplies when authorized by managers and performs other clerical duties to assist in the smooth functioning of the dealership. It is essential to maintain a cheerful and professional demeanor toward customers and other employees.
Responsibilities

Work Environment
This position is located in NE Salem, working across various lots. The receptionist will be reporting to the Receptionist Assistant Manager. The schedule includes Monday to Friday from 2:50 PM to 8:00 PM, Saturday (mandatory) from 7:50 AM to 2:00 PM or 1:50 PM to 8:00 PM, and two Sundays a month (mandatory) from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM or 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Training will be required on weekdays for five days from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM and three days closing with another team member.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
