Job Title: Part-Time Receptionist

Job Description

The receptionist answers phones and performs customer service and other clerical duties as may be assigned. Maintains the Front Desk Reception, and performs customer service by greeting the customers; directs customers to service area, coffee, restrooms, or seating areas; contacts salespersons for customers; answers and directs incoming telephone communications. Orders necessary supplies (i.e. the person, name tags, etc.) when authorized by managers; performs other clerical duties that may be assigned to assist in the smooth functioning of the dealership. Maintains a cheerful and professional demeanor toward customers and other employees.

Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and direct them to service areas, coffee, restrooms, or seating areas.
  • Answer and direct incoming telephone communications.
  • Contact salespersons for customers.
  • Order necessary supplies when authorized by managers.
  • Perform other clerical duties as assigned to assist in the smooth functioning of the dealership.
  • Maintain a cheerful and professional demeanor toward customers and other employees.

Work Environment

The work environment includes various new and used lots with opportunities for growth within the company. The location is in NE Salem. The work schedule includes Monday - Friday from 2:50 pm - 8 pm, Saturday (mandatory) from 7:50 am - 2 pm or 1:50 pm - 8 pm, and two Sundays a month (mandatory) from 10 am - 3 pm or 2 pm - 7 pm. Training will include 5 days during the day with Chauni from 9 am - 3 pm and 3 days closing with another staff member.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
