Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Automotive Service Department Receptionist. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for customers and provide excellent customer service while assisting with administrative tasks in the service department.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers and answer incoming calls in a professional manner.
  • Schedule service appointments and coordinate with service advisors and technicians.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history.
  • Provide information on services offered and pricing details.
  • Process payments and handle basic invoicing tasks.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
  • Perform other clerical duties as needed.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of automotive services is a plus.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including scheduling software.
  • Professional and friendly demeanor.
