Position Summary: McCarthy is looking for a receptionist to join our team. This position is for a McCarthy construction project in Sparks, NV. The Receptionist reports to the Project Director. This is a full time and in office position. As a part of the project team, the jobsite functions as the office.
General Tasks: - Answer/direct all calls/maintain multi-line phone system for the job
- File office documents in SharePoint
- Greet visitors in a friendly and positive manner
- Maintain contact with project administrators in the field and keep them updated with any pertinent information
- Order supplies as needed
- Maintain printers
- Support distribution of subcontractor checks per project
- Order lunch as requested from peer groups
- Sort & distribute incoming mail, process outgoing mail/packages
- Perform AED monthly checks
- Assist in Processing Invoices
- Assist in planning/running office events
- Share emails with the office regarding building notifications
- Assist in setting up vendors in McCarthy system
- Invoices
Qualifications: - 2-3 Years working in a professional office environment
- Friendly, energetic and welcoming demeanor highly preferred
- High School Diploma or higher
- Ability to type 35-40 WPM
