About the Position: We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our Pleasanton office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a proactive attitude. This is a key role in ensuring our clients feel valued from the moment they walk in or call.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages as needed
- Manage appointment scheduling and client check-in/check-out
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks, including filing and data entry
- Support the tax and accounting team with general office duties
Qualifications: - Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office equipment
