PeopleShare is hiring a Part-Time Receptionist for a manufacturing company in Pipersville, PA. Candidates need to have a minimum of 6-12 months of customer service or receptionist experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office software, and ability to work with different departments.

Part-Time Receptionist Job Details:
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-2pm
  • Pay Rate: $19-$20 hour
  • Location: Pipersville, PA
Part-Time Receptionist Responsibilities:
  • Answer and direct incoming calls
  • Perform general administrative tasks
  • Greet visitors and vendors
  • Order supplies, manage faxes, and keep common areas clean and stocked
  • Assist other departments as needed
Part-Time Receptionist Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 6 months- 1 year of customer service or receptionist experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
  • Must drive and have a car- not accessible on public transit
