The Receptionist is responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:
  • Greeting visitors in a warm, professional manner and managing front desk operations.
  • Managing lobby traffic flow and promptly notifying employees of guest arrivals.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized reception area and conference rooms.
  • Receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming mail and packages.
  • Assisting walk-in clients and potential clients with case inquiries and general questions.
Specific qualifications for the position include:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a Receptionist, Customer Service, or Administrative role within a professional setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and polished demeanor.
  • Prior experience working in a law firm or legal setting highly preferred.
Pay Rate Range: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
