Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist (Part-time)
Location: Grand Villa of Ormond Beach
Job Description:
Grand Villa of Ormond Beach is seeking a dedicated and flexible individual to fill the position of Front Desk Administrative Assistant. This part-time role requires a candidate with experience in administrative work and a willingness to adapt to varying schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel
- Maintain front office operations and ensure a welcoming environment
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling
- Assist with any additional duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative or front office role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Flexible availability to work the following part-time hours:
- Monday: 4 PM - 8 PM
- Thursday: 2 PM - 8 PM
- Friday: 4 PM - 8 PM
