Vaco is hiring. We are seeking a FT Financial Services Administrative Assistant for one of our valued clients in Orlando. This is a permanent placement opportunity and looking to hire immediately.
JOB DUTIES:
- Greet incoming guests in corporate office
- Answer and transfer incoming calls
- Receive and distribute daily mail
- Create daily payment spreadsheets - lockbox and checks
- Send out packages and mail with USPS, FedEx and UPS
- Fulfill all requests for certificates of insurance
- Restock the kitchen/break area daily
- Forward faxes and emails as needed
- Track and distribute Sunpasses
- Order office supplies, snacks, breakroom supplies for several locations
- Assist Financial Services team, as needed.
- Support other areas, as needed.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- College Degree in Accounting or accounting related field
- 2 years in a receptionist/admin role and 1 year in an accounting-related role
