Receptionist / Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
Responsibilities: - Greet and assist visitors in a friendly, professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries
- Provide general administrative support to various departments
- Maintain office organization and assist with scheduling and appointments
- Handle customer service inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure client satisfaction
Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong data Entry Skills
- Previous customer service or receptionist experience required
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
