As the first point of contact for clients and guests, you'll play a critical role in maintaining a professional, high-touch experience across the office.
Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist visitors with a high level of professionalism
- Answer and direct incoming calls (low call volume, mostly routing to appropriate contacts)
- Manage and book conference rooms using internal scheduling systems
- Coordinate meetings, catering, and beverage services
- Provide parking validations and support for visitor logistics
- Support conference services, ensuring rooms are set up and serviced to expectations
- Occasionally assist with mailroom operations and backup coverage as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications: - A few years of receptionist or front desk experience in a professional office environment
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to white glove, client-first service
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Comfortable using and learning internal systems, including conference room booking tools
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
Nice-to-Have Skills: - Experience supporting or backing up a mailroom or facilities team
