Consumers have access to peer support, socialization, education and training lead by consumers sharing their lived experiences. Through these experiences, consumers are better equipped to lead healthy lives and participate in their communities.
Your day to day as a Receptionist As a new Full Time Receptionist at The Main Place, you can expect a busy and fulfilling workday from Monday to Friday, 7 am to 3 pm. Each day, you will be the first point of contact for clients, answering phones, greeting those attending the center, and directing inquiries effectively. You will manage appointment schedules, ensuring clients are seen promptly and assisting with any special requests. Organizational skills will be crucial as you handle incoming correspondence and maintain a tidy reception area. Most importantly, you set the tone for each person's experience as they enter our facility to participate in the activities of the day.
Expect to collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery. Additionally, you'll be responsible for data entry tasks and managing administrative paperwork, enhancing your understanding of healthcare operations.
