Receptionist for our Queens Office who is costumer service driven and extremely organized.
The chosen candidate will have the opportunity to work with a highly professional team that is constantly striving to improve. The Receptionist performs a wide range of clerical functions and administrative duties specifically related to the overall office operations that include, but not limited to areas such as reception, answering telephones and distributing messages, mail and faxes.
REQUIREMENTS:
- One to two years of experience in office administration operations or other work-related experience, preferably within the health care services industry
- High school graduate; some college credit preferred
- Excellent customer service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Investigative ability, highly organized, self-motivated, takes initiative, excellent written and verbal communication and analytical critical thinking skills; able to perform without much supervision
