Key Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors and clients at the front desk Manage incoming calls and route them through the phone system Handle daily mail services including sorting, distributing, and processing outgoing mail Operate office equipment including the postage machine Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area Provide administrative support and assist with light clerical tasks as needed Represent the company professionally at all times Required Qualifications - Prior experience in a receptionist or front desk role
