Salary/Hourly Rate: $20/hr - $23/hr Dependent on experience Position Overview: The Receptionist will provide front desk coverage and general administrative support, ensuring the office runs smoothly day to day. The ideal candidate will be friendly, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a polished and proactive manner. This Receptionist position starts part-time, Tuesday through Thursday, with the potential to expand into a full-time, permanent opportunity. Responsibilities of the Receptionist:
  • Greet and register all guests and clients professionally as the Receptionist.
  • Answer and route incoming calls courteously and efficiently.
  • Maintain multiple conference rooms, including calendars, supply levels, and cleanliness.
  • Coordinate food orders and catering for meetings and internal events.
  • Order and manage kitchen and office supplies.
  • Process incoming mail and packages, and support administrative logistics as needed.
  • Act as the liaison between the office and building operations as the receptionist.
Required Experience/Skills for the Receptionist:
  • Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk assistant, or administrative coordinator.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Organized, punctual, and comfortable being the go-to receptionist resource for day-to-day operations.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Receptionist:
  • Previous experience in a corporate office or hospitality setting.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and high attention to detail.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor suited for a front-facing Receptionist role.
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
