Receptionist to join their team in their downtown Manhattan location. With a focus on creating exceptional guest experiences and a strong company culture rooted in service, this hospitality brand is looking for someone who will be the welcoming face of the office and contribute positively to their growing team. Salary/Hourly Rate: $19/hr - $23/hr Position Overview: The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients, guests, and vendors, playing a critical role in creating a positive and polished impression of the company. The ideal Receptionist is friendly, detail-oriented, and able to handle a variety of front desk responsibilities with professionalism and a smile. - Greeting clients, guests, and team members with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Answering and directing phone calls promptly and accurately.
- Managing front desk operations, including mail, deliveries, and visitor logs.
- Maintaining a tidy, well-organized reception area.
- Assisting with scheduling, booking conference rooms, and supporting team members with administrative tasks.
- Demonstrating strong customer service and communication skills at all times.
Required Experience/Skills for the Receptionist:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel).
- Friendly and approachable personality with a polished, professional appearance.
- Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Receptionist:
- Previous experience in hospitality or front desk/reception.
