Responsibilities: You'll be the first impression clients and callers have of our firm - and we want that impression to be warm, professional, and reassuring. Your role includes:
• Greet clients and visitors with a friendly, empathetic attitude.
• Answer and direct phone calls and emails with courtesy and efficiency.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Provide general administrative support, including data entry, copying, scanning, and filing.
• Support the legal team as needed with tasks like creating binders or sending mail.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the entire office location to ensure a professional, client-ready environment.
• Process client payments accurately and securely, ensuring confidentiality and attention to detail.

• 1+ year of experience as a receptionist or in a front-desk or customer-facing role preferred.
• Professional phone demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
• Previous law office or legal industry experience is a plus, but not required. Compensation: $28,000 - $32,000 yearly
