Description
We're looking for a warm, professional, and highly organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients and guests. This role is in-office only and plays a key part in creating a welcoming environment while supporting the team with administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
• Greet and seat clients, offering beverages and a professional first impression
• Assist with client signings as a witness
• Answer incoming calls and serve as backup to the Client Intake Specialist
• Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars
• Maintain accurate client information and records
• Support travel bookings for senior leadership
• Handle office supply orders and lunch arrangements for team meetings
• Perform housekeeping tasks to ensure a polished office space
• Heavy admin tasks (filing, data entry, document prep)
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
• Prior experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role preferred
• Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Professional presence and discretion
• Comfortable using phone/email systems and scheduling tools
Preferred Skills
• Experience with CRM software
• Familiarity with virtual phone systems or Zoom/Teams
• A passion for client care and keeping things running smoothly
