Responsibilities - Receptionist


  • Greet and assist customers with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting area.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with various departments.
  • Assist customers with inquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and processing paperwork.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Support the sales and service teams with clerical tasks as needed.
  • Uphold a positive and customer-focused environment.


Qualifications - Receptionist:

  • Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Must be punctual, reliable, and a team player.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.
  • Friendly and professional attitude with a strong customer service mindset.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Resume must be uploaded, and online assessment completed for immediate consideration.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
  • Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
