Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional
Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and multitasking skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic. As a receptionist, you will be responsible for greeting visitors, managing incoming calls, and performing a variety of administrative tasks to support daily operations.
Key Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Assist with administrative support across departments as needed
Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
