The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. You will also be assigned duties as required (i.e. organization of inbound and outbound mail, administrative work, and general clerical support). This is a temp to hire position with full time hours. There will be a 3-6 months temporary period before the role will be converted to full time, with benefits.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Distribute mail
- Greeting guests, being first point of contact for visitors
- Kitchen and conference room stocking and clean up
Qualifications
- High school diploma and or Bachelor degree preferred
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent relevant receptionist or front desk experience required
