Description of the role:
The Part-time Receptionist at Berglund Toyota will be responsible for greeting customers, answering phone calls, and providing administrative support to the dealership's staff. The schedule is Mon., Tues., Thurs., and Fri., 4 pm to 8 pm, Sat. 8 am to 5 pm with one Saturday off each month.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer incoming phone calls, transfer calls, and take accurate messages when necessary.
- Provide information and direct customers to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages.
- Collaborate with team members to support efficient dealership operations.
- Follow established processes and procedures to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
