Job Summary:

We're looking for a professional and organized Admin/Receptionist to support our brokerage team and clients. This role includes front desk responsibilities, scheduling, document handling, and general admin support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients and manage front desk activities
  • Answer and route calls and emails professionally
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Assist with client paperwork, data entry, and file management
  • Support brokers with day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Maintain office supplies and organization
  • Handle mail, deliveries, and basic office coordination
Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of admin or receptionist experience (brokerage or client service a plus)
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with tech tools
  • Professional, detail-oriented, and reliable
