Job Summary: We're looking for a professional and organized
Admin/Receptionist to support our brokerage team and clients. This role includes front desk responsibilities, scheduling, document handling, and general admin support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities: - Greet clients and manage front desk activities
- Answer and route calls and emails professionally
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with client paperwork, data entry, and file management
- Support brokers with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Maintain office supplies and organization
- Handle mail, deliveries, and basic office coordination
Qualifications: - 1-2 years of admin or receptionist experience (brokerage or client service a plus)
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with tech tools
