Our client, a Los Angeles based investment firm is seeking an enthusiastic and organized Receptionist to join their team.


Salary: $60-70k

Location: Los Angeles (Century City), CA


Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Distribute mail and packages
  • Maintain accurate records of visitor logs
  • Greet and welcome visitors
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
  • Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
