Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere at our organization. Your responsibilities will include managing incoming calls, greeting guests, and handling inquiries in a courteous manner. In this position, you will not only be responsible for front desk operations but also for supporting various administrative tasks to ensure the office runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
  • Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive first impression
  • Schedule and manage appointments and meetings for staff
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
