Company Overview:
Our client, a growing construction company based in Pasadena, is looking for a dedicated and bilingual Spanish receptionist to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1-3 years of entry-level experience who is eager to grow in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls, providing assistance and information as needed.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for staff and management.
  • Manage and maintain office supplies, ensuring all necessary materials are stocked.
  • Assist with general office tasks such as filing, faxing, scanning, and data entry.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including packages and shipments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients and team members.
  • Perform additional administrative support tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (both written and verbal).
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent phone etiquette and professional demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and a team player.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a construction or similar industry is a plus.
  • Experience with office management systems or construction-related software is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Experience Level: Entry-Level (1-3 years) Hourly payrate- $19-22hr
