Receptionist to its team. This role will work
onsite in
Los Angeles, CA and works
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. This is a
3-month contract role that pays
$23.65 per hour. The key to this role is prior experience in a receptionist role and great attention to detail.
Job Responsibilities: - Greet and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct incoming telephone calls
- Book and manage conference room reservations using scheduling systems
- Coordinate meeting setups, including beverage service and catering arrangements
- Provide parking validations for visitors
- Assist with mailroom duties as needed
Required Skills: - 2-3 years of experience as a receptionist in an office setting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to learn systems, such as conference booking
- High School Diploma or GED
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure
