Greet visitors/employees in a professional and courteous manner, assist them with the sign-in process and complete the appropriate security screening prior to visitors entering
ITAR screening for all people moving beyond the reception area
Create and provide temporary badges when needed
Answer calls (internal and external); direct them to the appropriate person and page employees when needed
Perform a combination of administrative and clerical assignments to support the business including but not limited to sorting mail, copying, coordinating conference room calendars, and working on short term and long term projects
Create and maintain employee files, including off-site storage records
Maintain HRIS including data entry
Prepare meeting minutes
Support the Purchasing department with invoices
Maintain necessary files, records, and order supplies
Schedule meetings, training sessions, and appointments
Assist HR staff

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
