Receptionist Responsibilities include:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, by greeting every entry into the community with a welcome and a smile within the first
  • 15 seconds.
  • Overseeing Accushield by making updates and guaranteeing residents, guests, team members, families, and vendors are signing into Accushield to secure the safety of residents and guests.
  • Ensures front lobby, reception areas, and guest areas are neat and clean, including cleaning the front doors and windows.
  • Answers telephone and directs the caller to the appropriate individual. Also, provides information such as community address, directions to the community location, community fax numbers, company website, and other relatedinformation
  • Schedules visit appointments and transportation for physician appointments and supports resident needs.
  • Receives, sorts, and forwards incoming mail
  • Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.
Qualifications:
  • Highschool Diploma or GED preferred
  • Customer service experience
  • Meet continuing education requirements and certifications on job classification and position, including state
  • requirements.

Schedule: weekends, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
