JOB SUMMARY Answer and forward calls while greeting visitors to the office.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Place outgoing calls, answer incoming calls, forward calls to party, take messages, when necessary, notify employees that visitors have arrived.
  • Pass messages on to the party called or their assistant. May take messages for absent employees.
  • Receive packages, letters, etc., as required. Sign for parcels when necessary.
  • Type memos, letters, listings, etc., as backup to other departments.
  • Filing and miscellaneous office/clerical assistance as needed.
  • Request insurance and complete pre-lien correspondence for all new projects.
  • Distribute, create, and manage all emails and files for incoming projects with estimating department.
  • Perform additional assignments and duties per supervisor's direction.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
  • Background check, credit check, MVR and drug screen may be required (will vary by position).
