Status: Exempt Full-Time -Salary- Entry -Level

Salary: Annual- $55,485 (paid bi-weekly)

Benefits: After 60 Days Benefits Offered- Medical, Dental, and Vision-403b

Job Summary:

Data Entry 10%/ Customer Service 40%/ Administrative Duties 30%/ Cleaning-Stocking Tasks 10%/ Perform other Job Duties as assigned 10%

The Receptionist role directly supports the Organization's strategic Administration efforts for our non-profit organization by answering incoming calls and directing all information to the corresponding department including gathering information and processing data accordingly. This role personally identifies, cultivates, solicits, and stewards any packaging and mail, incoming/outgoing. Incorporates collaborative relationships with management and the administrative departments by supporting their efforts, abiding by internal processes and procedures. This role is the direct contact for incoming groups and helps with office inventory and organization.

Minimum Job Requirements:
  • Associate degree preferred but not required
  • Direct experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified or combined education with experience
  • Experience in Excel
  • Experience in Word and Microsoft related experience
  • Strong written including good handwriting skills and verbal communication skills
  • Able to help set-up and tear-down events including bending lifting
  • Able to work with a team and lead projects when needed
Required/Other Qualifications:
  • Able to maintain confidentiality; demonstrates sound judgement and discretion
  • Ability to liaise with other department to achieve a common goal
  • Able to lift 50lbs or more
  • Flexible to working some weekends and some evenings (Events) as needed
Functions/Job Duties: (including but not limited to):
  • Monitor all Reception emails and incoming information
  • Achieve all Administrative objectives
  • Maintain an effective network of all community organization partnerships such as groups
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with all correspondence
  • Perform regular data entry
  • Effectively greeting visitors
  • Schedule appointments as needed
  • Accurately keep a good inventory and stock of uniforms
  • Keep a tidy office area including upkeep, cleaning, and keep account of surrounding areas needs
  • Manage basic and proficient clerical needs
  • Handle complaints with tack and discretion
  • Maintain an effective portfolio for all donors including occasional processing of credit cards
  • Evaluates, writes, edits, and/or oversees the preparation of persuasive, accurate, and grammatically and syntactically correct solicitations, reports, correspondence, and other administrative-related communication materials in support of the organization's fund raising and data entry activities.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
