We arerecruiting for a Per-Diem (Benefit Ineligible) Outpatient Receptionist to joinour team. This position will cover multiple location as needed.

POSITION SUMMARY:

• Responsible for answering telephone calls andtransferring to appropriate destinations.

• Responsible for greeting patients

• Responsible for collecting requireddocumentation, copays, deductibles, or paymentof services prior to treatment.

• Responsible forperforming daily insurance verifications as needed.

• Responsible formonitoring entrances and exits of visitors, patients and families.

• Handle variousclerical functions as assigned by Manager and/or Director. Will be trained by the Manager pertaining toHBC procedures.

• Thorough knowledge offacility policies and procedures as it relates to the above duties.

• Must be flexible withavailability and be willing to travel as needed between sites

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School diploma or GED

• Two years of experience in clerical/healthcareenvironment

• Experience with insurance verification processes

• Computer literate in Excel, MS Word, and Outlook

• Ability to communicate effectively with teammembers and patient's families

• Ability to function independently or undersupervision as task requires
