LHH has an immediate opening for a Contract Receptionist in Independence. This opportunity is great for anyone that has done data entry or administrative work and is looking to work with a major organization. This is a contract position lasting three to six months.

Applicants can expect to work alongside the administrative team and performing various computer related tasks related to entering data, talking to customers, documenting interactions, faxing, scanning, and handling a wide array of clerical tasks. Responsibilities:
  • Answering phones
  • Handling and distributing mail
  • Data entry
  • Greeting guests
  • General assistance of the Human Resources department from a clerical standpoint
Qualifications:
  • A background in either data entry, customer service, or a receptionist background is preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • High School Diploma
Skills:
  • A strong level of proficiency in computers as well as Microsoft Office products
  • High level of accuracy
  • Keen attention to detail
Experience:
  • One year of experience is required
Employment Type:
  • Contract (3 to 6 months)
Compensation:
  • $19.00 to $20.00 an hour
Work Hours:
  • Full time 40 hours a week
  • 8am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, In office
