Receptionist

Location: Onsite in Hunt Valley, MD

Our client, a distinguished organization, is seeking a highly professional Receptionist to uphold their commitment to excellence. This role serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and stakeholders, requiring an individual who exudes professionalism, discretion, and organizational expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Professionally greet and assist clients and visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
  • Manage high-volume calls and correspondence with courtesy and efficiency
  • Maintain and coordinate schedules, appointments, and administrative workflows with precision
  • Ensure seamless office operations through diligent organization and proactive problem-solving
  • Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably within professional services or real estate
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business administration tools
  • Commitment to professionalism, discretion, and client service excellence
