Job Description

The Receptionist/Administrative Assistant is the first point of contact for clients and visitors, responsible for facilitating efficient company operations through various clerical and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

Maintain a functional and tidy reception area.

Greet and assist clients, visitors, and guests.

Answer, screen, and direct phone calls; take messages.

Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.

Order and stock office and breakroom supplies.

Issue office key cards, parking passes, and business cards.

Serve as a backup for other administrative assistants.

Liaise with building management and maintain office equipment.

Coordinate company events, restaurant reservations, and food orders.

Arrange sympathy cards, flowers, and gifts as needed.

Administer company gifts, memberships, and subscriptions.

Support additional administrative duties as required

Skills and Requirements

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

At least one year of clerical support experience

Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred: Bachelor's degree

Two or more years of related experience

Bilingual in Japanese (native level) and English (business level) null
