- Reports To:
- Practice Manager
- Summary:
- General office duties including answering inquiries, registering patients, scheduling appointments, process payments for services, run Medicaid verifications and balance money drawer at the end of each day. Provide information regarding services conducted at establishment, location of departments, and offices.

- Must be able to work non-standard hours
- SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Education
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
- Experience
- Six months to one year related experience
- Computer Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, email and basic computer skills for other software used throughout the hospital for your area of responsibility.
- Knowledge of computer and phone systems

- Other Requirements
- Math skills to balance money. This position requires constant sitting, as well as, frequent standing, walking, use of hands and fingers, reaching outward, lifting and carrying 0-10 lbs and pushing and pulling 0-12 lbs.
