Adecco is assisting a local client in the GRASS VALLEY, CA area in their search for a Receptionist. Under the general direction of the Supervisor, this position primary function will be answering the phones professionally and courteously, taking messages and scheduling in Google calendar. Essential Receptionist Functions:

Employees in this position will:

-Greet all employees arriving at the department / lobby courteously and professionally.

-Facilitate in scheduling bids, visits, appointments in Google calendar.

-The ability to meet & greet public and provide information and have an empathetic ear

- Must demonstrate nice and cordial communication skills with patrons, as needed, this position will validate that the patrons understand the information and instructions being provided.

-Greet patrons in a courteous, compassionate and professional manner.

- Practice safe work habits, and engage in good business standards

Essential Receptionist Requirements:

Employees performing this position must have the following:

-Thorough knowledge of reception duties- 1-10 Lines

-General knowledge of computers and computer applications

-Excellent English communication skills in both written and verbal forms.

-High School Graduate or G.E.D. required.

-1-3 years previous reception experience desirable

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
