Receptionist responsibilities Include:

• Greet and assist visitors, residents, staff, and vendors in a professional manner
• Answer and direct phone calls and take messages as needed
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Assist with administrative tasks and support departments as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficient with basic computer systems (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment
