You will be responsible for performing primary receptionist duties and supporting general office activities. Activities include answering and directing incoming calls to appropriate personnel, professionally welcoming visitors, miscellaneous reporting, filing, and mail processing.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Greets and welcomes visitors with a positive and professional approach.
  • Answers, screens, and directs phone calls to the appropriate staff members.
  • Manages front desk operations, including handling incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Handles inquiries from clients, customers, and employees.
  • Follows company policies and procedures to ensure a secure and professional work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 1+ years' experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with administrative tasks and customer service.
