We're looking for a Receptionist to create a professional first impression of the Firm by putting callers and visitors at ease and making them feel comfortable. You will interact and build relationships with clients in person and over the telephone. This position requires the right combination of empathy, experience, and skill. If that sounds like you, you will play an integral role in creating memorable experiences for clients. • 8-hour shift, 9 am to 5:30 pm
• Monday through Friday
• Office Closed on the Weekends
• No Overtime Responsibilities:
• Greeting visitors, prospects, clients, and referral sources
• Answer phone calls and emails, and communicate relevant information to the appropriate parties
• Arrange appointments and keep the calendar up-to-date
• Preparing invoices for clients
• Following up with potential clients before and after their initial consultation
• Scan and file documents
• Overseeing clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending mail
• Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed Qualifications:
• 3 years of work experience in a professional setting or similar position preferred, or in the alternative, high emotional intelligence and maturity that can be demonstrated
• Must have graduated from high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent
• Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations
• Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and verbal communication skills
• Exhibits working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Computer skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Must be able to effectively multitask, manage time-sensitive documents, and have exceptional organizational skills Compensation: $25 per hour
