Their Fayetteville office is a busy and fast-paced environment, known for delivering care with compassion, professionalism, and a personal touch.
Position Overview The practice is seeking a full-time
Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for patients-both in person and over the phone. This is a key role focused on phone coverage, appointment flow, and ensuring a seamless front desk experience.
The ideal candidate will have a friendly, clear, and confident phone presence, strong communication skills, and a helpful, team-oriented attitude.
Key Responsibilities - Answer and manage a high volume of phone calls with a cheerful, professional tone
- Clearly communicate with patients, providers, other offices, and community vendors
- Provide accurate message-taking and handoffs to the appropriate staff
- Assist patients with phone troubleshooting using provided guides
- Efficiently gather patient information and help manage appointment flow
- Support front office operations including check-in, check-out, repairs, faxes, and mail
- Follow directions, collaborate with the team, and contribute to a positive, efficient work environment
Requirements - Work hours are 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Monday-Friday
- Clear, upbeat speaking voice and strong phone etiquette
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to take accurate notes and relay messages
- Comfortable with multitasking and staying calm under pressure
- Previous front desk or medical office experience is a plus
- Team player with a helpful, can-do mentality
