Ultimate Staffing is seeking a professional, friendly receptionist to represent our client and serve as the first point of contact for guests visiting our busy office from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. Key responsibilities for this person include greeting guests when they arrive on-site, explaining how to navigate our office, answering and transferring phone calls and managing our incoming and outgoing mail.

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Professional demeanor
  • Two years of relevant work experience
  • Familiarity with basic office software
  • Ability to operate scanners, copiers and printers

Key duties and responsibilities

  • Answer and direct all phone calls
  • Greet all office guests
  • Manage, clean and organize the front desk
  • Schedule meetings, client visits and company events
  • Stock the copy rooms, snack room and lounge
  • Collect and sort all mail and packages
  • Provide administrative support to all team members as necessary
  • Answer guests' and employees' questions
  • Perform light bookkeeping and financial record-keeping
  • Provide occasional tours of the office
  • Support the office manager and administrative assistants
