This role is solely for a Receptionist. They are looking for this role to be long-term and someone who is looking to remain in a Receptionist Role throughout their time with the company. Temp to Perm.
Key Responsibilities: - Answering phones
- Greeting visitors
- Directing inquiries to the appropriate staff members
- Maintaining a professional and friendly atmosphere in the reception area
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
- Preparing and distributing meeting and minute agends
- Performing clerical tasks within an office setting to support daily operations
- Sorting and delivering mail to employees
- Support with staff events/planning
Qualifications: - Excel/Word knowledge is a plus
- Prior experience in a customer service role
