Job description
One of Denver's largest privately owned real estate firms is looking for an experienced enthusiastic receptionist. The ideal candidate has an exceptional attitude, is organized and is a master at handling multiple, ongoing tasks. Task-oriented communication with an ability to listen and process new information is a must. The Receptionist is responsible for providing reception, guest management, meeting room management and general administrative and operations support
Job duties include:
Essential Job Functions:
- Responsible for answering all incoming phone calls
- Greetings clients
- Prepare and mail all USPS/UPS/FedEx packages
- Ensuring the office and common areas are clean and well kept
- Prepare office/conference rooms for scheduled meetings (scheduling catering etc)
- Sort and distribute all mail
- Track, order and manage office supplies and equipment
- Maintain company calendar for meetings, presentations, and conference room usage
- Maintain and distribute faxes
- Interface with clients and carriers as needed
- Assist with office research and administrative projects as needed
- Additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Must thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role (2 years minimum)
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (fax machines, printers, copiers)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Excellent communicator
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Demonstrates confidence, professionalism, and exceptional customer service skills
PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS & ENVIRONMENT:
- Must be able to carry 25 lbs. of equipment
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time
This is an in-office position.
Hours are 8:30am- 2:30pm
Monday - Thursday
