We are currently seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to join our front desk team. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, the Receptionist will represent our company with courtesy and efficiency, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for individuals with strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate staff members
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars when necessary
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
  • Maintain visitor logs and security protocols
  • Assist with filing, data entry, and office supply inventory
Qualifications

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
