Arcis Golf is looking to hire a Part-Time Receptionist for the Corporate Office in Dallas, Texas. Scope: Guest centric receptionist role focused on providing excellent guest service and administrative support to Corporate office.
Primary Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. - Support daily needs of the corporate office such as incoming mail, package deliveries, supplies, cleanliness and orderliness.
- Greet, welcome and direct guests.
- Answer telephone, route calls and field all inquiries into the Corporate office.
- Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for Corporate Office to include: maintaining office organization; assisting with small projects; scanning documents.
Schedule: - Monday-Friday: 8:30 am - 11:30 am
- Thursday: 8:30 am - 3:30 pm
Qualifications: Education/Experience:
- Bachelors' degree preferred
- Guest service experience preferred

- Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
- Team-player with strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrates proactive approach to problem-solving
